Kick off Bike to Work Week at Stuart Park
We hope to see you on Monday morning between 6:30 and 9:00 a.m. at Stuart Park for the BTWW kickoff event. Bean Scene will be providing a delicious breakfast and coffee, ChainLine Cycle is doing bike checks, and you can also visit our event contributors Smile Cycle Tours and The Hot Box Yoga. Forecast is calling for sun!
If Stuart Park isn’t on your way, check out one of Monday’s Satellite Stations:
- Cyclepath, 2169 Springfield Rd, Kelowna, 7-9 a.m.
- Orthoquest, 1015 Richter St, Kelowna, 7-9 a.m. SunValley Cycle repair will be providing bike checks.
Highlights this year
NEW events :
- Monday morning's kickoff Celebration Station has moved to Stuart Park
- Friday morning's Celebration Station has moved to Boyce-Gyro Beach Park
- Satellite Stations at Bikeways, Orthoquest, TerraWest, and KF Aerospace
And of course there will be all your favourite things, too:
- Free breakfast at every Celebration Station and snacks at all Satellite Stations
- Free bike checks at all events
- Bike prize draw every weekday
- Passport stamps at every event, with prizes provided by Nature’s Fare
- Tire toss competition, with prizes provided by Kettle River Brewing, will take place all week, and finals will be held at the Friday wrap-up celebration
