GoByBike Week: Daily prize winners, new prizes for schools, e-bike giveaway
Electric bike giveaway contest
Remember to enter the giveaway contest for a chance to win a Benno Boost Electric Bike, sponsored by Kelowna Cycle & The Hub.
How to enter:
- Register for GoByBike Week and log at least one trip
- Go to the GoByBike Week Central Okanagan Facebook event page and look for the giveaway contest post under the discussion tab
- Like and comment on the post answering the question, "where would a new e-bike take you?"
Perks for riders
Show up on your bike at any Bean Scene location in Kelowna during GoByBike Week and get a free drip coffee, americano, cappuccino or small latte.
Stop by Orthoquest to enter a special prize draw for GoByBike Week participants. They're located at 1015 Richter Street, Kelowna.
Present a digital coupon at Valeo Health Clinic for one free compression therapy.
Daily prize winners
We're drawing random prizes throughout the week in addition to providing overall prizes next week. Make sure you log at least one trip to be eligible.
Latest prize draw winners
Adien from the Kelowna Art Gallery Chromatic Cyclones team won a Merin commuter bike from ChainLine Cycle. Brittany won a $100 gift certificate towards a quality used bike from Bikeways. CRIS Adaptive and Springvalley Middle School staff each won a box of Clif Bars, courtesy of Clif. And Team Alpine and Friends 2020 each won a bike helmet courtesy of Brain Trust.
All winners will be emailed with details of how to pick up prizes.

Daily individual prize draws:
Friday: $100 gift card to Bikeways
Daily team prize draws: Each day, two winning teams will be selected to win either a box of Clif bars or a bike helmet, to be distributed by the Team Leader.
Overall prize draws: Prize packs with assorted items from our generous sponsors will be awarded to top teams in each organization size category. Individual prizes will be awarded to participants with the most kilometres and most trips logged.
Prize packs may include a free break and gear adjustment from ChainLine Cycle, $50 Orthoquest gift card, bike helmet from Brain Trust, $100 Urban Harvest gift certificate, $50 in free drive time for new Modo members, $20 Nature's Fare gift card, and a box of Clif bars.
