Free Radon Test Kit Pre-registration 2022

The Regional Air Quality Program, with the support of all municipalities, Interior Health and Take Action on Radon will provide 420 free radon test kits and a radon awareness webinar to interested residents in the Central Okanagan. 

Qualifying participants: Central Okanagan residents in Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Westbank First Nation, Peachland, and Regional District of Central Okanagan electoral areas.

During 2022, our program will target residential dwellings (owners and renters), general workplaces and specifically Medical Professional Buildings.

• Limited to one radon test kit per property
• Two webinars are planned for Wednesday October 26.
  • Lunch and Learn- For workplaces/employers-12:00pm
  • Radon Awareness- For general public-6:30pm
